How do I order?

Choose the items you want to order, click/tap “Add to Cart”. You will be redirected to the shopping cart. Choose your preferred payment method and click on “Complete order”. Then fill in contact details and billing address. After that you can still monitor the entire order and confirm or cancel. When everything is correct and you want to make the final order, click/tap “confirm order”. After this you will be redirected to pay and get an order confirmation sent to you.

How is my order sent to me?

Most orders are sent in an envelope that fits through the letterbox. These shipments are not equipped with a track & trace and sent via the regular postal network. When your order is sent with parcel service, you will receive an email with a “track & trace”. PostNL (in The Netherlands) offers the package to your door twice. If you are not in a position to take the parcel both times, you will receive a receipt from the postman with which you can pick up the package at the nearest post office.

How can I pay for my order?

What are the delivery times?

If the items are in stock, they are handled as quickly as possible and sent out. If your item(s) is/are not in stock, you will be kept informed and the missing item(s) are ordered as quickly as possible and sent out to you. Because I often work during the day in the studio, it may take up to 7 business days for your order to be processed in the Netherlands and then up to two working days before you receive your order (domestic orders). For other European countries, it may take up to two weeks. If it takes more time, you will be notified.

Can I return or change my item?

Have you received the wrong jewelry? Or was the delivery damaged upon arrival? Please send an email to info@soeshaduka.nl (click or tap the link) and hold your return shipment until you have received affirmative answer to your e-mail about it.  If, for some reason, you are totally unhappy with the items you ordered, you can always return them within 30 days. Should your item break or falter, return it by using the warranty form that is included with every order from SoeshaDuka. After receipt of your return, you will be contacted as soon as possible to find the best possible solution for you. If you lost the form included with your order, you can always download the warranty form from this website.

To preserve the best hygiene, only intact and completely sealed packages will be accepted as returns.  

This is to ensure that all customers receive brand new and unused items.

How can I reach the store?

I received a gift code, how can I use this?

Fill in the code when submitting your order in the designated area and you’ll see right away how much is left of the due amount for your order.

I still haven’t received my order, now what?

There could be a mishap in the post or maybe it was delivered at your neighbours’ and you missed the notification. No matter what happened contact me and we’ll find a solution together. info@soeshaduka.nl or via the contact form. Or by phone of course +31702148937.

How do I know which after care product to use?

Have a look on the blog. There are many articles on the subject, especially one about the different remedies possible for piercings. Still can’t find you way? Don’t hesitate to contact me.

How do I know which jewellery is suitable for my piercing?

Where can I find the after care products?

The after care products are in the Drugstore of the webshop. And here is a link to the after care products for you.

I’ve seen an item in the brick and mortar shop that I like, can I order it here as well?

Sure! 90% of the jewellery collection is also listed in this online store.

Are prices the same in the online store as well as in the shop?

Not for all the items. Mostly, yes, but the webshop is cheaper for me than the actual shop. The actual shop has const sunch as rent I need to cover, therefor some items will be prices differently by a few cents or euros.

Where can I find more information about body piercing?

I have an entier blog about body piercing, after care, jewellery, allergies, particularieties, troubleshooting, experiences, portfolio with photos of my work, tips and tricks for daily life with piercings and much more.

How do I use the blog?

In the menu, click on “on all piercings” there you’ll see drop-down menu in which you can pick and choose the catergory most suitable for what you’re looking for. If you find that difficult or can’t find what you need or you’re not sure in which category your question will be, you can also choose to use the search engine. You can find it below on mobile phones or on the top right on pc or tablet.

I need a pair of pliers, where can I find those?

Tools are listed in the Drugstore, under “Tools”.

How do I know which tool I need?

I placed a custom order, how long will it take to get to me?

Delivery times and the terma and conditions for custom orders are clearly described in the mail I’ve sent you, but you can also read it on this page.

I changed my mind and want to cancel my custom order, but I’ve already payed a deposit… now what?

When you wnat to cancel your order after having payed a deposit, 20% of the deposit will be charged to cover for the administration fees, the rest will be transferred back into your account via the same way you’ve payed in the first place.

I want to get a piercing done at SoeshaPiercing with a piece of jewellery I’ve seen in the online store, is this possible?

Absolutely! Get in touch through here and read more here about which pieces can be used for your initial piercing and how everything works.

I need some help with inserting my jewellery, can I ask for help?

Book an appointment and I’ll do that for you, no problem.

Do I have to make an appointment to get a piercing?

Certainly. All services – including browsing, jewellery changes, questions, deposits… – are by appointment only. To book, simply follow this link and read. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch via live chat, mail or social media.

I would like to have my existing piercing checked out but I live far away, what can I do?

You could book an online consultation. With enough information and clear and focussed photos we can almost certainly find the solution for you. I know this because I’ve been doing this since 2009, online also.
