A little bleeding and swelling are normal with a freshly placed piercing. A bit of a bruise that fades yellow or green occurs sometimes too. This fades over time. Expect itching, discoloration, oozing of lymph and scabs and/ or so called crusties of dryed fluids during the healing of your piercing
The piercing can be sensitive or painful for a couple days. After this, the pain should be gone. If this is not the case consult a (medical) professional.
Do not remove the jewelry before having consulted a physician or medical professional.
During healing you shouldn’t remove the jewelry, unless of course there is an allergic reaction. This to prevent closing up of the hole and risk of infection.
