Does a Nape piercing often get rejected?
That depends on your skin, the placement of it, the skill of your piercer, the jewelry size or model of it, the care given to the piercing (as well as general health and hygiene of the piercee).
A surface piercing is just like a neck piercing. If you still are in doubt as to the placement and healing of it I prefer to check personally by see it in person.
